These natural variations are a hallmark of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your basket. The ordering process works as follows:

  1. Add to basket – select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket
  2. Checkout – provide your delivery details and choose a payment method
  3. Order confirmation – after your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order
  4. Dispatch – we will prepare and ship your order, sending you a dispatch notification with tracking information

A contract between you and Crochet Moses Baskets is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable, there is an error in the product information or pricing, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Klarna – buy now, pay later in instalments (subject to Klarna’s own terms and credit approval)
  • Clearpay – pay in four interest-free instalments (subject to Clearpay’s own terms and credit approval)

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers. By using Klarna or Clearpay, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. In-stock products are typically dispatched for next working day delivery when ordered before the cut-off shown on the relevant product page. Pre-order products are dispatched from the expected dispatch date shown on the relevant product page.

Please note:

  • Next working day delivery applies to in-stock products only and excludes weekends and bank holidays
  • Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may change; if the expected date changes, we will contact you with an updated estimate
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, although we make every effort to meet them
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • You must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address

We currently deliver within the UK only. If you require international shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss options.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please refer to our full Returns Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and the returns process.

In summary, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in re-sellable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items cannot be returned.

Our products are designed as baby Moses baskets, changing baskets, and storage baskets. Please always follow the safety guidelines included with your product and never leave a baby unattended in a Moses basket.
