Returns Policy

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if anything isn’t right.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in re-sellable condition
- Including all parts, accessories, and packaging materials
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all Moses baskets, changing baskets, storage baskets, and mattresses that have been removed from their packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery via email at crochetmosesbaskets@gmail.com or WhatsApp
- Include your order number and the reason for your return
- We’ll confirm your return and provide shipping instructions
- Send the item(s) back within 7 working days of receiving our confirmation
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping, the actual delivery cost may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
