How long until my set ships?

In-stock sets ship within 5–7 working days via free UK delivery, fully tracked and insured. Pre-order sets are handmade to order and ship in October 2026.

Is the crochet safe for a newborn?

Yes. Premium 100% cotton yarn, tested to be free of harmful chemicals. Both mattresses meet UK fire safety standards.

What's the return & refund policy?

14 days from delivery for a full refund on unused, unopened sets. Pre-order deposits are fully refundable up until we begin making your set. Any damage in transit — message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund immediately.

How do I clean and care for the basket?

Spot-clean the crochet with a damp cloth and mild soap. Mattress covers are machine-washable at 30°C. A full care card comes with every set.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Any duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I add gift wrapping?

Yes — free, on request at checkout. Includes a handwritten card. Perfect for baby showers.
